The main advantage of Human Revolution, many critics at one time called the presence of well-developed side quests in the game. Yes, there were few of them compared to others role-playing projects(a little more than a dozen), but they were damn exciting and interesting. Among the additional tasks, there were practically no missions of the “kill and fetch” type - they all had an exciting story at their core with an unpredictable ending.

Luckily, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided followed in the footsteps of its predecessor and can offer players some incredibly interesting side quests, access to which opens up as they progress through the main plot. Naturally, when completing them you will have to make serious moral choices, make important decisions and meet a considerable number of charismatic characters. Some side quests may even seem more exciting to many users than the main ones.

IN this walkthrough We'll walk you through how to complete all the side quests in the game, and show you how the choices you make will differ so you can find the best option. Let us note in advance that most of the side missions can be found in the city of Prague, which is the largest location in Mankind Divided.

SM00 – Neon Nights

Neon Nights is side quest in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. In it you will explore the Neon trade in Prague, finding yourself in the middle of a war between several gangs. There are a couple of points in this mission where you can easily get stuck, not knowing what to do next. That is why we have compiled this guide.

How to start: eavesdrop on the conversation of the drug addicts standing in the yard located to the west of the police post. They will talk about the Neon trade. Once you listen to their conversation to the end, a marker will appear on your map pointing to the dealer's house.

Flower trade

Description: The yard located right next to my house is a real trading platform where a wide variety of drugs are sold, including Neon. Bonbon and her gang sell drugs here day and night. According to the information I received, they are using apartment 22 Zelen as their base of operations. It's just two floors down from my apartment.

We go to the building where Adam lives. You will need to get into apartment number 22, located on the first floor. There are several ways to do this. For example, you can use a ventilation hole located on the landing between the first and second floors. Or you can enter through the front door using the access code (code - 0310). Inside you will have to deal with 2 dealers. After you knock them out, go to the kitchen and hack the laptop lying on the counter - it has level 3 security. Read the email to complete the current stage and move on to the next stage of the quest.

Behind our backs

We go to the apartment building located north of the Palisade metro station. The apartment we need is on the ground floor. You can either hack the door (Security Level 2) or use a remote hacking device to open the curtains on the window and jump into the window above. Once you're inside, go to the bathroom and pick up the pocket secretary lying on the edge of the bathtub. After this, a new target will appear.

Party

Naturally, you don't have to look for a special key card to get into the party. There are other ways to get into the desired building. Go to the marker indicated on the map, and as a result you will find yourself near the entrance to the building. If you have already opened an augmentation that increases strength, then drag the heavy steel boxes on the left to open up the path to the staff corridor. Let's warn you in advance that the floor is energized (you can simply run across it and then heal yourself if necessary).

You can also blow up the door with a frag grenade. After this, you need to run away from the building and wait until the NPC’s panic passes.

Once you're inside, find the locked door and pick it. Inside you will find a corpse. Search his pockets and take the portable secretary. Read the information hidden in it to trigger the next stage of the mission.

Door of Perception

Go to apartment number 84, located in the Libuse apartment building in northeast Prague. Go inside (you can either hack the door or go through the vent) and then find the secret room in the kitchen. To access it you will need to use a hidden switch - it is a spray bottle lying near the sink. While in a secret room, find the safe and crack it (4th security level). Inside you will find a pocket secretary, the information in which can open access to the next stage of the quest.

Where all colors come from

Go down into the sewer located near Adam's apartment. You will need to go through several locked gates (they open with the code 0311), between which there will be a turret. The place we need is guarded by half a dozen soldiers, a bunch of cameras and several turrets. The target is in the far right corner of the base, in the back room. If you manage to sneak inside, you can talk to the chemist personally. We tried to persuade her to help us, but we didn’t succeed - perhaps we should use threats.

If she still does not agree to help you, then you will have to get to the tanks on your own. You can either hack the door, or lower the ladder and climb it to the roof, where the terminal for disabling the lasers is located. Next, you should place 2 batteries in the tanks and activate the terminal inside the room to pour out the chemicals and thereby destroy them. After pressing the button you will receive the Neon Nights trophy.

SM01 – Golden Ticket

The Golden Ticket is one of the side quests in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that can be completed early in the game. You can start it while in Capek Fountain, starting location Prague. In it you will have to deal with extortionists and counterfeiters who are taking the last crumbs from the weak and disadvantaged. If you can complete this task, you will receive the “Golden Ticket” achievement.

How to start: Go to the police checkpoint located in the northeastern part of the Prague starting area and talk to one of the policemen. Tell him that you are interested in receiving a special pass.

Meet with a document agent

Description: A cop named Drahomir runs one of the most shady spots in the area. I should meet with his friend, the “document agent,” to find out more information about his affairs. Apparently, he will be waiting for me in the courtyard of a residential building located in Prekazka. I think I've already been to the place he's talking about. It was previously used as a toy factory.

You will find the agent in the courtyard located behind the house where Adam lives. He will be standing near the entrance to the toy factory. Talk to him and choose the answer option in which you do not agree to buy a pass for credit cards. This will open access to the next stage of the task.

Deal with the counterfeiters on the top floor

Now you have two options to choose from: you can either eliminate the agent and his bodyguard, or leave them alive and sneak in using your stealth skills. For those who choose the second option, we advise you to use the nearby construction site and the ledges on the buildings to get into the yard. The easiest way to get to the counterfeiter is through the use of ventilation shafts, which can be accessed from the storage room located to the left of the entrance.

If you agree to deliver the permits to the clients, the mission will continue. Milena will also give you the access code to the safe (2489) where the counterfeiters keep their money.

Meet Edward and Irenka

Irenka is hiding in the basement of the Vincent Van Aug gallery, not far from Jensen's apartment. Edward is located in the Minimarket Praha, located behind the Fontan Čapek metro station. The bandit will hold him at gunpoint, so you have to choose how to deal with the villain and at the same time prevent him from shooting Edward. You can, for example, sneak up on him from behind and knock him out with an instant knockout.

Deal with Dragomir

The easiest stage. You just need to go to the checkpoint and talk to one of the armored policemen - a young girl. Tell her about all the dirty deeds of Dragomir. The police themselves will eliminate their corrupt colleague.

Activate passes

Now it is necessary to confirm the permissions that Milena made for Edward and Irenka. Go to the Monument metro station. Once you are in this area, go to the State Registration Office, located south of the station. Go to the back room (access code - 6788) and use the computer to access the registration console. Approach one of the staff and ask them to confirm permissions. After this, you will be given the Golden Ticket trophy.

SM02 – Cult of Personality

The Cult of Personality is one of many other side quests in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. In it you have to investigate a mysterious religious cult operating in the sewers under the Capek Fountain. You will have to confront a powerful hypnotist, and as a reward you will receive good prizes. If you don't kill anyone, then you will have to face a lot of difficulties. After completing the mission, you will receive the “Cult of Personality” achievement.

How to start: Talk to Viznik in the sewers located under the building where Adam lives. Go to the hatch located in the alley south of the apartment building, and then go down the stairs. Next you need to turn right. Follow the left tunnel until you find a man standing next to a locked door.

Infiltrate a restricted area

Description: Viznik looks worn out. He was greatly frightened by a certain person named Richard. I agreed to meet this man and find out what he was doing.

Viznik will give you a key card. Use it to open the large door and enter the place where the cult meetings are taking place. As you approach the pedestal, Richard will begin his speech. Listen to it to the end so that the next stage of the task begins.

Find a way to reveal Richard

Climb under the giant screen and find a crumpled poster lying on the container. The poster will point you to Liberio, Richard's longtime partner.

Find a Libero

You can find Libero and his magic shop in the eastern part of the square, where the Palisade metro station is located. Talk to him about Richard and he will tell you how to stop him. The Libero will ask you not to harm Richard, but the final decision will be yours. He'll give you some signal jammers to place in Richard's lair.

Install mufflers

You need to find three emitters in the complex and install signal blockers on them. They are all located behind the podium, which can be reached by stairs. The emitters look like small metal boxes hanging on the walls.

Reveal Richard to people

Go down to the podium and start a dialogue with Richard. If you want to resolve the conflict peacefully, then you should choose the following answer options:

  1. Pity
  2. Softening (Miltgate)

By doing so, Richard will realize his mistakes and stop deceiving people. He will open the door to his room, giving you the opportunity to satisfy your sadistic tendencies and kill him. However, we still recommend leaving him alive, otherwise your conscience will torment you later. However, this does not mean that you cannot rob the old hypnotist. In his little room you can find a lot of useful things, including a panel with Breach Software. After talking with Richard, you will unlock the “Cult of Personality” trophy.

SM03 – Mysterious Augmentations

Mysterious Augmentations is a side quest in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, during which you can learn about augmentations hidden in Jensen's body that he had no idea about. It includes a lot of useful information. In addition, you will receive a good reward for completing this task.

How to start: It will start automatically after Jensen is examined by Vaclav Koller.

Talk to Sharif

Description: David Sharif developed my augmentation system. If I want to know where I got these strange augmentations that Koller discovered inside my body, then I need to ask Sharif about it.

You simply walk into your apartment and use the remote control on your desk to initiate a video call. After talking with Sharif, you will have to wait a bit before the next stage of the mission starts. It will begin after you return to Prague from Golem City.

Explore the scientist's apartment

Description: Sharif believes that my new augmentations were created by a scientist named Vadim Orlov. When Sharif tried to find Orlov, he discovered that he was now in Prague and living in an apartment not far from OG29. Something tells me this isn't just a coincidence.

After some time, Sharif will call you and advise you to look at Vadim Orlov’s apartments, located in the northern part of the Palisade area. The easiest way to reach them is as follows: enter the Rose Garden cafe, take the stairs to the top floor and exit onto the terrace. Then jump in open door to quickly get to the roof. Walk along the roof of the building where Orlov's apartment is located, and then move along the ledge until you reach the scientist's balcony.

Once inside, find the scientist's corpse and pick up the key card for the Tai Yong medical vault from him. Hack the safe located in the wall (access code: 3608) and take the confidential medical report and the Breach Software from it. Now you need to wait for Sharif's next call. It will happen during your third visit to Prague.

Contact Sharif

After you land in Prague for the third time, Sharif will call you again. Go to your apartment and call your ex-boss on the phone. After talking with Sharif, the mission will move to the completed section.

SM04 – Calibrator

The Calibrator is a side mission in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that will begin immediately after you speak to Koller at the end of the third main story quest“Get in better shape.” The task is quite straightforward, but it is interesting due to the dialogue with Otar Botkoveli, as it has a lot of answer options. Depending on the path you choose, you will be able to receive the “Honor Unites Us” achievement. However, we will warn you in advance that every choice you make carries with it certain consequences.

You will need to go to the Palisade metro station in Prague, located in the northwestern part of the city. After leaving the station, go straight to the metro building and turn right. Go through the first door on the left, move past the subway building to the wall, and then jump over it. You will find yourself in a small courtyard. Look for the manhole cover. Open it and go down into the sewer. Go south to reach the Otara Casino.

Dialogue options with Otar Botkoveli

You can skip the conversation with Otar, but then you definitely won’t get the “Honor Unites Us” trophy (needed to get the “Family Matters” achievement). After entering the casino, you will hear a conversation between Otar and his assistant - the old bandit complains about people, saying that they have ceased to be sincere and polite. This is a hint on how to behave when talking with the casino owner.

During the dialogue with the bandit, you will have to choose a conversation style three times: Frank conversation, Flattery or Evasion. At the end of the conversation (if you get to it), you will need to agree or refuse the deal with Otar. Even if you refuse, you will receive the "Honor Unites Us" achievement, but in this case you will have to steal the Calibrator and you will not be able to get the "Family Matters" trophy. Select the following options when talking with the casino owner to receive the achievement:

  1. Straight Talk
  2. Straight Talk – some players note that here you need to choose to avoid answering, but in our case the conversation was immediately interrupted by Otar.
  3. Accept

Spoiler: if you agree to help Otaru, he will ask you to kill someone in Golem City. If you decide to complete the game without killing a single person or simply do not want to kill an innocent person, you can warn the victim that a high price has been set for his head. In this case, she will simply disappear from the city, and you will complete the mission and receive the “Family Matters” trophy.

Steal the calibrator

If you don’t like doing business with bandits or helping them eliminate debtors, you’ll have to get the calibrator in other ways. One of them is related to theft. However, you can always turn on Rambo mode and simply kill all the thugs in the building. However, in this case, your resume will be replenished with twenty new murders. Therefore, we recommend that you choose the path of the thief.

As soon as you find yourself in the Polisad sewers, go to the casino, but before entering it, look up. There you will see pipes near the ceiling and a small niche where you can crawl. Jump on them and crawl forward to the entrance to the ventilation system. Climb inside and move on. You will end up in the casino toilet.

Exit the toilet and go through the first door on the left without attracting the attention of strangers. Then turn right and go down the stairs. Above the pipes you will notice another ventilation grill. Climb through it and move forward (there you will find the Triangle Code) until you get to Otar's office. This location will be patrolled by three thugs, so either knock them out or try not to catch their eye. The safe is located in the northeast corner of the room. You will need to hack it to get the calibrator.

This will complete the mission. Koller will contact you and say that he does not have time now to help you with its installation, but he will definitely take care of it later (during your second visit to Prague).

SM05 – Samizdat

Self-Publishing is a side quest in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. During this mission, you will be able to help or, conversely, hinder the work of a small group of journalists who do not recognize the powers that be and conduct their activities in the sewers. When choosing one of the quest paths, you will have to solve a difficult mechanical puzzle. You can get the “Samizdat” achievement only if you help young revolutionaries in their fight against the corrupt government.

How to start: you need to chat with an agent named Peter Chang, located in the OG29 building on the second floor.

Find the source of the hack

Someone began to become interested in the cover for OG29 - the front company Prague Davoz. Cheng will ask you to find out who is behind this. He was able to track the signal, so you'll know where to start. Go to the location indicated on the map and break open the locked door. If your Hacking level is not high enough, you can try to climb into the apartment through the window using the ledges on the building.

Inside you will find a laptop with which you can use messenger to talk to a mysterious person hiding under the nickname “K”. You need to stall for time a little, and then, as if by chance, ask him about where the next meeting should take place.

Find Samizdat

You will need to go down into the sewer through a hatch located near The Music Box store. Then turn right, go forward, turn left and follow the tunnel. In it you will find a hole in the wall filled with metal boxes. Clear the path, use the code on the access panel you received from "K" and go inside.

Don't let Samizdat expose OG29

During a dialogue with “K” there is no need to threaten him. Select the following answer options:

  1. Convince
  2. To work together

In this way, you will convince journalists to leave Interpol behind and move on to other material. However, in this case, you will have to help them get the information.

Note: if you wish, you can refuse the fighters for freedom of speech and simply kill them all, but in this case you will not be able to get the achievement, and your karma will suffer (it is a sin to kill virtual people).

Search the office

The journalists will send you to the Palisade Bank. You will need to get to the 3rd floor - that is where the chief’s office is located. To do this, you need to go to the basement and break open the door to the room located next to the elevator. The pass will be on the table.

Let us immediately note that the 3rd floor is a restricted area, so it is better for you not to catch the eye of security. As soon as you exit the elevator, immediately go through the door on the left. Wait until the guard leaves his post and then go up the stairs. Watch the camera carefully so that it doesn't detect you.

Next you will need to break the door. We advise you to use an electronic master key, as there is a possibility that you may be detected by a camera if you break in manually. Then you have to solve a very difficult mechanical puzzle. Instructions for solving it:

  1. Raise the first pillar 2 spaces.
  2. Lower the first pillar completely down, and then raise it 1 cell.
  3. Rotate the platform.
  4. Raise the second pillar 1 cell.
  5. Rotate the platform again.
  6. Raise 2 pillars 1 cell.
  7. Rotate the platform 2 times.
  8. Lower the pole all the way down.

The puzzle is solved, and you can safely sneak into the secret room. There you should find a painting hanging on the wall. Remove it to gain access to the wall safe. Hack it, take the necessary documents, and then turn off the cameras using the computer on the table.

Note: If the puzzle is too difficult for you, you can sneak into the secret room through the ventilation passage. The required ventilation grille is located behind the large screen. However, to reach it you must have an augmentation that improves jumping.

Return to K

We go back to the sewer and give all the found documents to “K”.

Spread the word

The journalist will ask us to spread this information throughout the city, and maybe the world. To do this, we need to go to the Autodily store and use a lift to climb to the roof of the building. There we use the City Server News Corrector. That's it, the task is completed.

SM06 – 01011000

01011000 is a side quest in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided. Thanks to him, you will go on an unusual journey, get your hands on an important data disk and get acquainted with the mysterious Halle. This task cannot be called difficult, but you can easily miss its starting point. After completing the mission you will receive achievement 01011000.

How to start: you can start completing it after the start of the eighth story mission, when you leave the OG29 headquarters. There will be an explosion in the distance, and a strange glitch will appear on the nearby panel. It is possible that the task could start earlier, but we managed to start it only on our second visit to Prague. In addition, a glitch can occur on various panels. As soon as you see a bug, immediately head to the panel. Information should appear on it that you need to come to a pawnshop located near the Capek station. Go down to the basement and turn on the messenger on one of the computers.

Get missing data

Description: A mysterious contact named Hell wants me to pick up a certain package and deliver it to a nearby tourist center. The office access code is 1591. Supposedly he knows what I need to do with “old memories.”

You should go to the tourist information center located near Adam's apartment. Enter it and go straight. Ahead you should notice a grate hidden behind a large metal container. Break the grate and go through the hole you made. Turn right and climb into the vent. Once outside, deal with 3 well-equipped mercenaries. Then open the door on the left using the code. Take the disk from the table.

Find the reader

Go to the antique store located near Pilgrim Station. Talk to the clerk - you must convince him to tell you the whole truth. Here are the answer options you need to choose for this:

  1. Ask
  2. Future-Last
  3. Buyer Question
  4. Suspect the clerk
  5. You're in danger
  6. You can leave

When you begin to suspect the clerk, he will pick up a gun. The last two answer options will calm him down, and you will be able to complete the quest without killing.

Activate data

Go to Adam's apartment and use the reader on the table in front of the huge TV. Talk to Hell and help her understand all the things that are unclear to her. After this you will receive achievement 01011000.

SM07 – Going dark

Fade into the Shadows is the seventh additional task in the game. If you agree to carry it out, you will be able to find out what happened to one of the OG29 agents who was undercover. At the end of the task, a very unexpected twist awaits you. Completing this mission will reward you with the "Flight into Darkness" achievement.

How to start: the task will become available upon your second visit to the capital of the Czech Republic. When completing the story mission "Who's in charge?" after completing all matters with NPC Miller, you can meet Dr. Delara Ozen in his office. She will tell you that an undercover agent named Vincent Blake has not been in touch for a long time, and therefore will ask you to find out what happened to him.

Search Vincent Blake's office

The first step is to explore the office of the missing agent, located on the second level of OG29 in the room where Peter Chen’s workplace is located. We hack his computer (second level of security) or enter the access code, which can be found on the first floor in the room with servers. Then we read his emails. You can also hack Blake's safe to get an extra silencer.

Interrogate informant Blake

Now you should go to night club"Red Queen", located in the Red Light District. We go up the stairs and talk with a blonde with short hair. You can pretend to be Blake or speak directly without prevarication. Better choose the second option. In the latter case, you will also need to kiss her on the neck. She will then inform you that she will be waiting elsewhere. We head to the subway.

Go to a meeting

We meet again with Dobromila in the backyard of the building (the side mission Neon Nights began here). Those who refused to kiss the girl will have to deal with two bandits. We knock out the thugs, and then talk with the girl.

The blonde will tell us where we should go next to find out Vincent's fate. You can pay her 350 credits.

Search Vlasta's warehouse

After the dialogue with Dobromila, we open the inventory, go to the section with quest items and examine the map that the girl gave us (it will be drawn on the other side of the check). We head to the subway.

The place we need will be located in the northern region of Prague. To get inside you will need an access code, which, fortunately, we already have. Inside we find the switch, hidden behind the picture hanging on the left wall. We press the switch and gain access to the secret door. We open it and go into the corridor. We go forward until we get to the warehouse.

There will be a young girl Olivi in ​​the room. We talk with her, and then wait for the warehouse owner and his two thugs to arrive. If you don’t want to fight with uninvited guests, then you should pretend to know Olivi, and then convince Vlasta using KASI. You can also deal with the bandits. To do this, we immediately knock out the leader with instant neutralization, and then take on his henchmen. If your reflexes are pumped up and you have a large supply of energy, you can knock them out in the same way as the leader. Two more bandits will be waiting for you at the entrance. You don't have to fight them and go out through the ventilation (located behind Olivi).

Find Vince's apartment

The undercover agent can be found near the Red Light District in one of the buildings - he will be sitting in the basement. We talk to him and contact Delara. After this you will receive an achievement.

SM08 – Fix

Fix is additional mission, access to which will only open if you have previously completed the side quest “Calibrator”. It will allow you to remove the restriction from your new augmentations.

How to start: During your second visit to Prague and after completing the story mission “Robbery”, Koller will contact you, who will inform you that he has time to install the Calibrator in your body.

We go to Vaclav Koller and wait until he performs the operation we need. After this, we will be able to use our special augmentations without fear of them overheating. Note also that the conversation with Koller will have a direct impact on the next mission called “All in the Family”.

SM09 – All in the Family

All in the Family is a minor quest in this RPG, access to which will only open if a number of conditions and choices are met certain decisions that could have been done in previous tasks. When completing this task, you will have to kidnap a person from Dvali's hideout. Upon completion of the mission, you will receive the "Family Matters" achievement.

How to start: you can access this task if in the mission “Calibrator” you agreed to help Batkoveli in solving one problem. When visiting Golem City, Otar will contact you and demand that you fulfill your part of the deal, namely: eliminate Louis Galois (you met him during one of the story missions). It is not necessary to kill the merchant - tell him that there is a reward on his head and then he will simply leave the city. When you return to Prague, Otar will call you again and ask you to meet Masa.

Talk to Masa Kadlec

Kidnap Dominic

You can find our target in the closed area of ​​​​Dvali, located in another area of ​​​​Prague. There are several ways to get into the courtyard, but we advise you to climb the wall to the right of the gate, and then climb onto the lift and jump down to the balcony.

Inside you will have to face big amount opponents. It is best to neutralize them immediately. Kadler will ask you not to kill people, so we will either knock them out or knock them out with tranquilizers.

You will find Dominic in the laundry room located on the lower level. We send him into an unconscious state, and then we lift the body and carry it to the street along the same path from which we came. If the cameras are still activated, we try to avoid them.

In the same location where the lift is located, there is a warehouse. We take Dominic there and leave him inside, not forgetting to close the hinged door. After this, you will receive the “Family Matters” achievement.

SM10 - Reaper

The Reaper is a side quest in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that allows you to take on the role of a local detective for an hour and find the killer of several Prague residents, while exonerating two suspects. In this mission you will have to look for evidence and talk to witnesses, thereby building a chain leading to the real killer. If you can justify both innocent people, you will receive the “Reaper” achievement.

How to start: this task will become available to you only on your second visit to Prague, when you fly to the capital of the Czech Republic from Golem City. You can immediately go to the alley located south of Adam's house to stumble upon a crime scene, or wait for a call from Aria Agento, who will inform you about the murder (the call will occur after completing the eighth side quest).

Examine all the evidence

Before you start interviewing the suspect, we advise you to examine all 7 clues presented at the crime scene, namely: "game", "bruises" and "marks" on the dead body; “electromagnetic cartridge particle”, “ID card” and “broken glasses” on the floor”; bloody "augmentation" mark on the wall next to the body.

We talk with the detective again, after which we will have two new goals.

Interrogate Johnny Gunn

You need to talk to the main suspect in the case to find out whether he is guilty or not. Those who have KASI installed will be able to extract more useful information from the guy, so we advise you to open this augmentation at the very beginning of the passage.

Examine Smolinski's evidence

We go to the police station. This area is an open area, so you can enter the building without any problems. The place we need is located in the basement of the building. The door to the lower level will be secured with a lock. You can't hack in front of everyone, so you should wait until the patrolman leaves his post. The lock has quite high security, and therefore if you are not able to open it, then first of all hack the computer system that contains the password to the door.

We go inside and find personalized lockers. Hack the one with the name Smolinski on it. Although you can open all the other cabinets in order to pick up various useful things from them.

Before embarking on a full-fledged campaign, it is worth paying attention to the “Training”. Here you can master the mechanics of the game, which will be useful as you progress. ...

After introductory video we talk to Megan and go to the boss. Along the way we explore the laboratory, and also visually get acquainted with new characters. The conversation with the boss is interrupted by an alarm caused by a technical failure. We go directly to the scene of the incident through the service elevator on the left. We enter code 0451 and, going inside, press the button on the elevator panel. We have weapons in our hands, but there is no need to use them at the moment. We move along the corridors, bending down, we pass under the glass partition. We observe the scene of the execution of laboratory employees and turn into the room on the left. We remove the boxes from the wall, open the hatch grate and, jumping, get inside. We find ourselves on the other side, right where the employees were killed. We move along the corridor, at the end there will be a door. We penetrate further, but do not forget to close the door behind us. So, two opponents come down the stairs. Our task is to pass unnoticed. There are several ways, the main thing is to choose the right moment. Taking a sitting position, we move around the shelters. At one point they will synchronously dig through the tables. When the one closest to the stairs begins to leave, and another one arrives in his place, we will be able to get to the stairs unnoticed. We go upstairs and move along the corridor. We watch our opponents through the glass. When they start moving, we will be able to enter the room by pressing against the wall and opening the door. The easiest way to reach the door at the other end of the room is from the right side. At the end we use the central box to remain unnoticed. And finally, the last room with four enemies. We deal with him in the same way. Dealing with the latter will not be difficult. We enter the building. We go straight until we come across a door. This room contains a computer and stairs leading upstairs. Being at the top, we jump onto the boxes. There is an enemy on the right, digging into something. We neutralize him, and then another one patrolling nearby. There is another one standing nearby, which we deal with when the patroller turns away. We go to the other end and, having ambushed the patrolling enemy, we stun him and deal with the one rummaging through the boxes. We have three paths - these are two doors and one staircase in the corner leading up to the ventilation shaft. We will follow it. To successfully jump to the mine, we substitute the box lying nearby, sit down and at the same time press jump + forward. After passing through the tunnel, we will find ourselves in the locker room. There may be useful items in the lockers, so don’t be lazy to inspect them. The next door is locked and requires a password, so we must hack it. We pass further, where four enemies are located in the hall. We carefully go down the stairs before the conversation between them ends. When they disperse, we neutralize the nearest one. We hide the body and stun another one near the table. There are two left who patrol in a circle. First we will deal with the outer one, and then with the one in the center. Ahead is a corridor with a surveillance camera. It’s easy to get around it, just walk under it and avoid its rays. We break open the next door and move on. Ignoring the conversation of the opponents, we turn left and see boxes under the stairs blocking the ventilation shaft. Having passed along it, we find ourselves in another room and stun the only patrolman. We quietly get to the elevator. Having arrived at the desired floor, we immediately select a praxis at the exit. With it we can improve our implants, since we have chosen the stealth mode, we are upgrading the corresponding branches. And at the corner we see a ventilation shaft on the wall on the right. It will lead us straight to the right door, bypassing the surveillance camera.

M2 - Neutralize the terrorist leader.

After the video, we get to the elevator. We go up the stairs and see two patrolmen diverging. It's best to neutralize them and then go left of the stairs. In the last room there will be a ventilation shaft that will lead us to the first floor. From there we can easily make our way to the next staircase. Having risen, we open the door and watch the video. We have a choice. We are trying to free Josie. To do this, we constantly select the “Sympathize” branch.

M3 - Evacuation.

We go to the helipad to Malik.

M4 - Finishing the job.

After asking her a little, we head to Pritchard so that he can study the Typhoon. Then to boss Sharif to receive a new task and tell details about what happened at the factory.

M5 - Investigation of a suicide terrorist attack.

Having agreed to a new task, we go to the police station. We go inside and talk to Wen Haas in the window. We constantly select the “Forgive” branch. Having gained access to the morgue, we examine the body and remove the neural node. We go home and connect it to the computer.

M6 - Visit to the PROTEZ clinic.

M7 - Disable transmission.

We go to the slums, where we have to hack the antenna transmitting signals. There are different ways to get into the slums. The easiest way is through the door. However, the path there is blocked by large boxes, which can be moved away if you have the appropriate implant. The second way is through the roof, which can be climbed using the fire escape in the alley. Then we climb along the ledge and find ourselves on the opposite side. We go down the stairs. We penetrate the building and follow the patrolman. Two more people stand further away and talk. Having dealt with this, we go along the right side, bending down. Next we move along the left side behind the containers. At the same time, we listen to conversations between opponents. We enter another building and kill the patrolman. Two enemies are sitting on the sofa and watching TV. After listening to their conversation, we very carefully make our way to the stairs on the left. Having risen, we see mines on the walls. We select a barrel and throw it along the located mines. This way we will destroy them all. Of course, the enemies will be alarmed, so we’ll wait it out and move on. Having dealt with them, we begin to hack the system. We make the antenna inactive and wait for Farida near the helipad.

M9 - Transmission.

M10 - Search for clues in Highland Park.

We open the door and get out. We go around on the left side, hiding behind the containers. You can do without stunning enemies at all. To do this, move only on the left side, remove the containers and sneak to the door. We penetrate the building, there will be a ventilation shaft on the right. We continue to go to the elevator. Here we neutralize the patrolman until the guard above sees him. We hide the body and, bypassing the surveillance camera, get to the elevator. Having gone down on it, we turn right and jump into a certain pit. We remove the box and climb forward along the ventilation shaft. Being in another pit, we wait for the enemy and deal with him. The robot patrols the area, so when he is not looking, we get out of the hole and go further through the door. Two soldiers are talking ahead. We will neutralize one of them when he comes towards us. We climb up the stairs. We get to a room with doors in both directions. We choose the left path. We deal with the patrolman on the central bridge. On the left there is a room in which there is a ventilation shaft near the computer. We get through it to the next room, and from there the easiest way is to get to the stairs, which will take us to the first floor. If necessary, we neutralize the patrolmen. We take the elevator down even lower, where we meet the first boss. To kill him you will need a powerful weapon. We run from column to column, and try to lure the enemy to explosive objects. Don't forget to also dodge enemy grenades and throw your own, since Barrett is vulnerable against them. Useful items are scattered around, including weapons. After the victory, we will collect the remains and return to Malik.

M11 - Whispers of a conspiracy.

Let's visit Pritchard first, because he wants to tell us something important. Having learned new details, we go to Sharif. We meet Bill Taggert in the reception area. In the dialogue, select the “Keep Calm” and “Ask” branches. In a conversation with Sharif, we use the “Justify” branch. Then we talk to him again and, having received a new task, we go to Malik to fly to China.

M1 - Hunting for a hacker.

Before us is a new city and accordingly new part plot. All Additional tasks, which we did not have time to complete in Detroit, automatically burn out, and it will no longer be possible to return to their implementation. We get to the penthouse, but we are not allowed to enter it. Therefore, we go further, where there will be a ventilation shaft in the corner. Having passed along it, turn right and go to the end. There will be another ventilation on the wall on the right. From there we open the door leading outside. We don’t stick our heads out until the patrolmen finish speaking. Then we get to the elevator. Going down the elevator, we see vending machines with drinks in front of us. One of them blocked the ventilation shaft. This will take us to the desired computer. It is advisable to neutralize enemies nearby. After the break-in, we contact Malik and return back the same way we came. Next we head to the Uley night club. You can get there through the main entrance, but in this case you will have to pay 1000 credits. There is an easier way: on the left in the alley there is a ventilation shaft that will lead us inside. We talk to the bartender and find out about Tong. On the second floor we talk with the manager, selecting the “Pay attention” branch. Now we can go to Tonga and find out where Van Bruggen is. Along the way we will meet Malik, which will turn out to be very strange, and we will carefully ask her about her secrets. It is not at all necessary to complete the quest given by Malik, so let’s move on.

M2 - Obtaining access to Tai-Yun Medical.

After talking with Bryggen in residential areas, we go to the brothel and try to steal the employee’s card. It’s very simple to do this: we go into the next room, and from there through the balcony we get to the desired room. We return to Van Brugger so that he can redo the data for us. After the video, we transfer the weapon to Van Brugger and begin our escape from the area. We head to the stairs and go down to the floor below. We turn right and enter the first room, where there are two opponents. Having neutralized them, we find a ventilation shaft that will lead us to the exit. The next room contains a patrolman, as well as a security camera. It is advisable not to disturb them, but, at the right moment, to rush past. This is very easy to do, because the camera doesn’t move at all. The last toilet has a ventilation shaft. Having got out of it on the other side, we see a turret in front of us and two opponents on the right. Having slipped past them, we find ourselves in the shower room. On one side there is electricity and on the other there are mines. We grab the box and throw it along these mines. By the time the enemies come running, we will already have time to run to the laundry room. There are two more here, we will deal with them when both are next to us. Then, after saving, we poke our heads around the corner and see ordinary and heavily armed soldiers. You can’t just get through, so they definitely need to be neutralized. One of them will look at us, while the second will turn in the other direction. When he turns around, we quickly move diagonally to the bedside table. We are waiting for the right moment to turn left. We hide behind the cabinet on the right. We wait for the enemy, stun him and finish off the heavily armed one. Next, we leave the building and go on the train, which will take us to Tai-Yun Medical.

M1 - In search of evidence.

We go up the stairs and break open the door. We are stopped by a gasping employee who finds himself in a locked room. To save him, you need to break open the nearby door and unscrew the valve. Then we make our way into the room with the employee, remove the boxes and crawl towards him. After talking with him, we move on. In the server room we are stopped by a security guard. In the dialogue we select “Mention Lee”, and he gladly lets us through. We hack the console in the center and go to the room on the left. We go up the stairs, where we go along the first bridge into the room. We select a pocket secretary, which contains the code for the pump room. We return back to the server room and go down the stairs to the level below. We sneak past the first camera. Then past the second one, but there we turn right. Behind the container there is a ventilation shaft that will lead us to the desired door. We use the elevator, exit it and break open the utility room door on the right. We turn off the electricity and go into the next room. We climb up the structure on the right. We go up the stairs and get to another elevator. On Pritchard’s advice, we’ll hide the weapon and head to the laboratory. We are not allowed there, so we are looking for another way. For example, in the room on the right there is a ventilation shaft. You can get to it by breaking the doors. After passing through the mine, we turn right. There are enemies across the room. We deal with them and at the exit from the room we turn right to the stairs. There will be no problems on the second floor. We will be in the safe zone again. The strict guard will not let us through, so we turn right and, going down the stairs a little lower, we hack the console while no one sees. We make lasers inactive. When the guard on the other side begins to move away, we catch up and neutralize him. There are two more ahead and the one in the center has secret code for the desired door. However, that same door can be broken down. In the room with lasers, move first left, then right. To the right there is a small room, and behind the box in this room there is a ventilation shaft. She will lead us to a room with security. We neutralize the guard sitting at the computer and then the remaining two. Having opened the door, we wait for the laser to go away and quickly move to the right. We pass by the boxes and enter the elevator so that the camera does not notice us.

M2 - Entrance to the dragon's lair.

After the cutscene, go through the door to the left of the elevator. Ahead is a corridor patrolled by a heavily armed soldier. We go around it on the right side, where we neutralize the other one, constantly standing in one place. We hide the body and move on. We move along the corridor to the desired room. Everything here is illuminated by a surveillance camera. Let's climb in nearby standing computer and find out the code for the door. It is advisable to turn off the camera at this moment. We take the elevator to Zhao. After the video, we try to escape from the guards that appear. We go down the right stairs. There is a ventilation shaft in the corner leading to the first floor. It will be more difficult to get out of it, so first open the shaft door, this will lure the guards. When they calm down, we can get out and gradually get to the exit. We take the elevator down to the hangar, where we need to neutralize two robots. This can be done using EMP grenades, or by hacking computers nearby. Having landed on the helipad, we enter the building and move to room 404. Since the doors are blocked, we go around. After talking with Eliza, we learn that we have fallen into a trap. We leave the room and turn right. In the next room there is a ventilation shaft. We go straight along it and listen to the conversation of the opponents. We get out and turn left. We move between the tables, and then go down the stairs. We turn left and follow the corridor. To prevent the camera from detecting us, we quickly hide behind the sofas on the right until the enemies see us. And from there we get into the elevator. We move along the corridor, we see two people ahead. We enter the room on the left and from there we get to the second floor, where we destroy the patrolmen one by one. From the back side we go down and sneak to the desired door. It is advisable to neutralize a heavily armed soldier. Having gone down the stairs, we head to the funicular. We immediately neutralize the two standing with their backs to us. It will not be possible to approach the cable car directly, so we move away the nearby vending machine and through the ventilation shaft we find ourselves in the room with the cable car. We climb up the stairs and, luring opponents here, neutralize them. We get to the button that calls the funicular. However, we are not in a hurry to press: we will install containers near the elevator door so that you can hide behind them. After all, the funicular will not arrive soon, and in the meantime the opponents will be hanging around here. Our task is to hold out at any cost. We go down on the funicular and, turning right, sneak under the camera. We are waiting for security to appear behind the sofas. After talking with each other, one of them will go back. At this moment we leave the shelter and follow him. This way we can safely pass the switchable lasers. At the end, we will stun the enemy so that he does not interfere with our calm progress through the complex. Turn right and enter the first door. We leave the other one when the enemy moves away. We stun him and hide his body in the room. Next is a long corridor, at the end of which there is a chamber. Before we go around it, let's look into one more room. We will find an access code on the computer. Around the corner is another room with ammunition storage. We open the next door when the enemy moves away and turn left. Having walked forward a little, we go down the stairs and hide behind a column. Having found the moment, we sneak to the door. We go down the stairs and move on when the heavily armed soldier turns away. On the left there is a door to a room through which we will go and find ourselves on the other side. We turn right, where there will be a small room with two patrolmen. We act very carefully, rolling from one obstacle to another and always keeping an eye on the camera. Further in the corridor there is another surveillance camera, we pass under it and crawl along the ventilation shaft. Before you go to fight the second boss, let's look into the room on the left. There is a heavy machine gun with a lot of ammunition here.

The leader of the mercenaries is perhaps the most powerful enemy in the game. She uses very powerful weapons and can also turn invisible.

These are the recommendations for battle. If the “EMP Protection” implant is installed, then you can calmly run during her attacks in the longest circle, trying to provoke the explosion of her mines near special devices on the wall. This will cause electricity to spread as the floor is covered with a layer of water. Taking advantage of its slowdown, we quickly attack with everything we have.

The second option is as follows. We run around the second circle, i.e. the smaller one, and try to attack as accurately as possible, at the same time, running away and dodging her attacks. In case you run out of ammunition, you can always find it in the large circle wall cabinets. When the enemy is in an invisible state (recharging), she can attack suddenly and without warning from our artificial intelligence assistant (Elisa Kassan). Therefore, at this time you need to be in the smallest, central circle. To see its location you need to use the ability to look through walls. Having finally dealt with the boss, we will examine the corpse in search of useful items, as well as the entire hall, leave the building and get to the rescue helicopter.

We find ourselves in the right room and neutralize the sleeping guard. We break open the door and get the package from the locker. We return to the cell, or rather to the door next to the cell. Open it with the received code. Having entered the warehouse, turn right and move to the end. Let's wait until the guards finish speaking and move on. Once on the other side, we go up to the second floor. We climb the metal stairs to the very top and jump through the passage in the ceiling into the room. We install explosives and watch the video.

Having got out of the capsule in which we stayed for several days, we leave the building through the door next to the red gate. We turn right and listen to the conversation of the patrolmen, hiding behind the barrels. One of them will come towards us, and we will neutralize him, then drag the body away. There is a passage straight ahead. We remove the container from the path and climb into the building through the window. It's very easy to neutralize everyone here. In the last room we hack the central computer, thereby completing an additional task. Now it has become much easier to navigate. We get out of here through the double doors and turn right. Going around the terrace, we will watch for the patrolman and neutralize him. Having hidden the body, we enter the building on the right. After sterilization, we will find ourselves in the central hall. There is a ventilation shaft to the right of the chamber. Let's carefully follow the enemy and sneak there. We get out from the other side and go up the stairs. We move further, where two cameras and a robot await us ahead. It won't be difficult to get around them. In the room with the main computer, we load the resulting virus into the disk reader next to the computer. After talking with Pritchard, we wait until the patrol that has appeared leaves, and we go to the elevator through the opened gate. We watch the video and begin the battle with the next boss - John Ramira. Immediately after the video, we throw a grenade at him and hit him from the very powerful weapons, what we have. The sequel to the acclaimed game project Deus Ex: Human Revolution has finally been released. In this article we will describe in detail the passage of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, or rather the implementation of its main story missions– additional quests will be discussed in another guide.

Backstory of Mankind Divided

The game takes place in 2029, that is, a couple of years after the story told in the previous title of the series. Even though 2 years have passed since the Panchaean incident, which led to the death of millions of people around the world at the hands of those on whom the latest implants were installed, this still has not reduced the level of mistrust in society towards modified people. An incredibly large gap has formed between ordinary and augmented inhabitants of the Earth, which is now almost impossible to overcome.

In the current confusion, high-ranking government officials and heads of multinational corporations directed all their efforts to hide the real cause of what happened. They managed to take control of public opinion and skillfully manipulate it throughout these two years, turning the current situation to their advantage.

However, they did not take into account the fact that Adam Jensen will not stop his fight and will try to do everything possible to bring corrupt politicians and greedy corporations to clean water. In Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, he decided to leave his post as head of security at Sarif Industries and become an Interpol agent, joining Task Force 29. He also actively collaborates with a mysterious group of hackers calling themselves the Juggernaut Collective in order to uncover the Illuminati conspiracy.

Together with his squad, Adam heads to Dubai to carry out another secret mission to capture a dangerous terrorist who is gathering a real army of modified people under his command. This is where our first mission begins...

M1 - Black Market Purchase

The first mission in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, which starts with a briefing in which James Miller lays out a plan to capture Shepard, a local weapons baron who sells weapons to augmented terrorists. We also have to protect Arun Singh, a double agent who spent a lot of effort to become a member of the Jinn smuggling cartel operating in Iraq.

The actions of this quest will take place in a huge unfinished hotel located in the capital of the UAE. Shepard meets with Singh in the atrium of the building, while the “genies” will guard the penthouse. The main goal is to apprehend Shepard and help Singh.

Although a whole squad was sent to complete the mission, Jensen will carry out his work alone. His priority will be to prevent the Genie cartel from attending the “party” that will take place in the atrium. To do this, he will have to block all the elevator shafts. During the briefing, Miller will ask Adam how he prefers to complete the mission - killing enemies or stunning them. He will then offer him a choice of several types of ranged and melee weapons. We'll try to complete the game without killing, so we'll take a long-range tranquilizer rifle with us. At the end, Miller will inform you that a sandstorm is approaching the city, so you should hurry.

Close approaches to the atrium

Once the cutscene ends, you will have full control of Adam Jensen. First, move in different directions and look around to get used to the controls, and then head towards the entrance. On the rooftop, Miller will continue to help you by developing a route to your goal. But he will immediately note that it is better for us not to go in a straight line. Therefore, we move forward a little, then turn right and jump down. We crouch down and go through the entrance, littered with rubble. Turn right again and find a ventilation grill. We open it and climb inside. We go up the stairs and see large boxes on the right blocking the passage. We move them to another place in order to clear the way for ourselves.

Restoring power to the panel

Considering that this is our first task of this type, we will consider it in as much detail as possible. So, you should first climb onto the high ledge and go forward to the entrance. Next, we listen to Duncan, who will ask us to hack the panel. First of all, we activate super vision (should be selected in the augmentation wheel) to find all the panels and optimal routes. Then we break through the wall and go inside. There you will see that the panel is de-energized. We turn on super vision again to detect the switch and restore the power supply. We jump over the switch and move forward along the ventilation passage.

How to use cover and stealth

Use your hacking skills to obtain access codes. After opening the door, the game will give you a choice: continue with Deus Ex: Mankind Divided or take cover training. If you are playing this project for the first time, we do not advise you to skip the instructions. After you finish training, you will have to perform all the learned tricks with real opponents. Knock out all the enemies in the level, and then climb into the elevator and take it up to the penthouse.

We do not recommend skipping the stealth training, which will reveal to you the secrets of one of the main game mechanic. Take out the two guards, and then drag the large steel box towards the vent to reach the vent. When you find yourself in a new location, the game will offer you to go through one training lesson related to battles. It will be especially useful for those players who are going to kill their enemies and complete the game as Rambo. Eliminate the opponents, and then go down to the given point, where the meeting between Singh and Shepard takes place.

Note: Don't forget to check your opponents' pockets after you knock them out. The fact is that you can often find ammunition for weapons, grenades and other useful things in them.

Muting the signal amplifier (additional task)

This is a small secondary mission that we did not include in a separate guide. To complete it you need to find a place in the penthouse that is guarded by a large number of people. Turn right and go up the stairs into the ventilation hole. We move forward without turning anywhere. As a result, we will find ourselves in a room with a signal jammer and two opponents. We advise you to deal with them using a tranquilizer rifle. Now you can turn off the jammer.

Don't let the helicopter take off

At the control point you will need to hack another access panel. As soon as you open it, a new cut-scene will start. Get ready for a serious battle. You will need to go down the elevator and start dealing with the terrorists one by one. Soon a sandstorm will cover this entire place, so you should eliminate the enemies as quickly as possible. Don't forget to protect Singh as well. Go to the helicopter and remove the battery from the panel. If you don't want to bother with killing terrorists, but at the same time you don't want the agent to die, then we advise you to immediately run to the helicopter, without paying the slightest attention to the enemies shooting at you.

Note: Super vision should be activated in order to quickly spot the helicopter and the undercover agent.

After you manage to stop the helicopter, a sandstorm will immediately begin and a cut-scene will start. This will complete the first task.

M2 - Morning came too early

30 hours after the event in Prague, you will again be able to control Jensen's actions. He will be shocked by what happened and after a short conversation with Alex, he will decide to meet with an implant specialist, Vaclav Koller. This expert must help Adam repair his augmentations.

Preparation before leaving

Look around your apartment and take with you everything that seems useful to you. The fact is that these things can later be used to craft weapons. Start your inspection from the bedroom: look in the wardrobe, search the shelves, go into the restroom (here you can find painkillers), open the bedside table, and then go into the living room.

Try to find the Juggernaut collectible figurine in the hall. Then read e-books and activate your laptop. Examine the secret photo frame. In general, turn your apartment upside down to hide everything that is not bolted to the floor in your pockets. Talk to David, and then get dressed and leave the house.

M3 - Get in better shape

Finding Koller in a bookstore

Talk to Koller online, and then go to the bookstore. A couple of thugs will guard access to the trading post. As soon as you leave your apartment, head to the stairs, go down and go through the first door. Next, go to the window and jump down.

Go to the marked point, but do not enter the store through the main entrance. Better climb onto the roof and go inside from above. Climb through the ventilation hole and climb up to the destroyed bridge. From here it is very easy to remove opponents quietly. Then climb through the building through the window located on the first floor. Deal with the thugs and find the doctor using the marker. Once in the library, Koller will remind you of a secret book with which you can open the entrance to the basement.

Note: Check all the nooks and crannies before going any further as you won't get another chance to do this.

Get into Koller's basement

We get into Koller's workshop on the elevator and watch the next cut-scene. We agree to a test so that Koller can check for hidden augmentations and help you unlock them. After the tests, the doctor will ask you to obtain a certain item from Otar, which will allow him to optimize the operation of our implants, and then we will be able to use several skills at the same time.

M4 - Checking exhaust gas29

We go to the offices of Task Force 29

Using the metro, we go to the offices of the Operational Group. We go into the Prague Dovoz building, which is a cover for the headquarters, and go to the poster marked on the map. Click on it to access the panel. Enter the code to activate the elevator.

Installing a snitch chip

We go forward and go up the stairs to the top floor. We talk with the girl and pay attention to the ventilation grille. We climb into it and get to the floor under voltage. Here you should jump onto the pipe located on the left side, and then jump onto the cabinet. We cut off the power supply and climb further.

Here a combination lock with the second level of security will be waiting for us. You can try to hack it or enter the access code (7734) found in Selina Carter's laptop, lying in the Cybercrimes Office. We place our chip and return to the corridor.

Talk to Miller in his office

We go to Miller's office, talk with him and get a new quest.

M5 - Jurisprudence Claims

Let's go to Ruzicka

We use the elevator to return back to Prague, and then we go to the metro and get to the desired point on the map. We talk with Smiley.

Search for evidence

We go up the stairs to the top floor, go into the utility room on the left and find a box located on the rack (top shelf). We move it, thereby giving ourselves access to the ventilation grille. We go through the hole and crawl to the very end. Near the exit we wait a little until the police talk to each other and disperse in different directions. We get out of the ventilation and go to the stairs, without being seen by strangers. Having walked a little forward, you will find yourself in a spacious room, which will be full of police officers. We take advantage of the fact that all the cops have concentrated their attention on the briefing and find the entrance to the ventilation, hidden behind a large metal box.

We move the container (certain augmentation will be required), climb into the hole and go to the room with the magazines. In the far corner you will find another ventilation entrance. With its help we get to the hole in the floor. We go outside and observe a cop in an exosuit. As soon as the policeman turns away, we run out of cover and run to the right room. Inside we are looking for a DSD device (it will be on the table).

We go back along the same road to the headquarters of OG29. We find Smiley and give her the device.

M6 - Let's put things in order

The mission will begin already during the last quest, when you approach the Task Force office.

Meeting with Dr. Ozen

While you are in the elevator, Alex will call you, as a result of a conversation with her, a new subtask will appear in the diary, for which you will need to meet with Vega at the Prosthesis clinic. We go to a psychologist and answer a few questions. After this you will be allowed to work again. As you exit the office, you will run into Chan, who will give you a side quest. You can agree to help him or refuse.

Meeting with Vega

We look at the map and go to the marker. It will hang on the door combination lock with a high level of security, but you already know the access code to it (4464). We go down the stairs, talk with Alex, and then go upstairs and leave the building.

Meeting with Miller at the helipad

Already in the basement, Miller will call you and say that he will be waiting for you at the helipad. We go into the building located next to the clinic and enter the following access code to unlock the door: 4465. We go through the workshop and reach the courtyard. We talk with Miller and meet the new pilot.

Flying to Golem City

Let us note in advance that if you decide to fly to Golem, then all side quests you take will be automatically failed, so we advise you to first complete all the side quests, and only then head to a new location.

M7 - Rooker Delivery

A very long task, the action of which will unfold in a new area - Golem City.

Visit Sokol's apartment

Having arrived at a new location, we open the map and look where the point we need is located. We follow the marker and reach the marked apartment. We talk with Adela and learn that Tibor was arrested and hidden in Tesniny.

Find Tibor in Tesniny

We head to the northern part of the area and get to the territory under protection. We go down the stairs. You shouldn’t go straight - it’s better to use the ventilation duct located under the stairs.

We climb into the hole and wait until the cop leaves his post. We get out of the ventilation and take cover behind several boxes. As soon as the policeman returns again, we immediately knock him out. Don't worry, the other cops won't hear you. Then we go to the doors, go through them and find ourselves in the prison block. Here we find Tibor. Unfortunately, you won't be able to pull him out, but you will have a couple of options for further completion of the mission.

Talk to Louis Galois

We go to the merchant. You should exit through another door located not far from Tibor's cell. We use supervision or take cover behind the wall and go through the door. We're watching the cops. When only one of them remains, we pass behind it and get to the ventilation grill.

Pick up Galois goods

We go down the stairs and get to the warehouse marked on the map. The warehouse includes several rooms with separate entrances protected by access panels. In addition, the area is patrolled by cops. You need to wait until she gets as far away from you as possible, and then break open the first door. We go inside, lock the door and take away the box with the goods.

Now you need to break into the door located in the middle, since it has the lowest security level. We take another box and return to the merchant.

Attribute neuropozyne to Galois

You have fulfilled your part of the deal, so the merchant will open the door behind him. Through the passage that appears, you can easily reach the CPA. We open the door, go up the stairs and go through another door. However, we do not advise you to rush and go inside, since in this case all side missions that you have not completed will automatically fail. If you do not want this, then we advise you to do the following: after transferring the supplies to Galois, take on all the available secondary quests, and only then go to the CPA, and it is better to go there through the Lubosh elevator (this way you will definitely complete all the additional tasks).

Retrieve Tibor's key card (optional mission)

The key card can be found from the officer, who can easily be caught in the market square under the shop owned by Galois. When he goes around the corner to relieve himself, knock him out and search his body.

Free Dusan (optional mission)

When talking to Tibor, he will ask you to help his brother. Walk forward a little to see someone being interrogated on the lower floor. We are waiting for it to end. Then we go down the stairs into a room where there are several cameras. Now you will need to deal with four cops (one of them will be wearing an exosuit). Before you start taking down the police, study their routes.

You should hide behind a large box near the stairs and as soon as the cop in the exosuit turns his back to you, we knock out an ordinary policeman. The body should be dragged to a far corner so that no one finds it and the alarm is not raised. Now we need to deal with the guy in the armor. You won't be able to take him down with regular stunning blows, and tranquilizers won't be able to penetrate the suit. Therefore, to eliminate it, you will need a pistol with electromagnetic projectiles and a silencer.

We hide behind a box near the patrol place of a cop in armor and wait for him to turn away. After that, we shoot him with a pistol. His suit will short out, giving you the opportunity to quickly disarm him. You need to get as close to him as possible and stun him. Then drag the body to the same corner where you left the last policeman.

Two more need to be taken out. We pick up a rifle with tranquilizers and take cover behind the boxes located not far from the place where we previously stunned the soldier to the exoskeleton. First of all, we knock out the lawman who is standing next to the entrance, and then we immediately shoot at the cop sitting at the computer. Now you can go to Dushan and free him from captivity. He will tell you the elevator password.

Talk to Lubosh (optional mission)

After completing all the above tasks, you can approach the guard standing near the elevator, located on the market square next to Galois's shop. Tell Lubos the following password: “The person from whom everything was taken away is no longer under your control, he is free again.” The guard will let you into the elevator.

Use the Tibor map in the elevator (optional mission)

This should be done simultaneously with the previous task after talking with the guard.

Go to the territory of the KPA

We go into the elevator and indicate “Throat” next to the inscription destination. We go through the long narrow corridor and open the door at the end. If you got here using the hidden path in Galois's shop, this door will be immediately in front of you after going up the stairs.

After entering a new location, a short cutscene will start. Then we go forward and notice several lasers. On the side we see a massive box. We move it and go through the ventilation hole.

Adam will find himself in a huge tunnel. We walk a little forward to the pillar. We find the access panel on it and hack it to extend the bridge. If you have not upgraded your hacking skill, then use the access code, which can be found in the pocket secretary hidden in the utility room, not far from the lasers (code: 3354).

Penetrate further into CPA territory

Chikane will call you in a couple of minutes. You have to go through a large area full of enemies. You should climb up the inclined ladder and watch the cut-scene. We take cover behind a pillar and wait until all the enemies disperse to different corners of the map. Now you can go to the vertical stairs located on the far right side. Ahead you will meet a girl standing at the side. We wait until she continues patrolling, and then we climb into the ventilation passage located behind her.

We open the code panel on the door, go forward through the shower room and get to the window located in the far part of the room. We climb through the opening and jump down into the corridor. Then we go up the stairs. We quietly make our way through two guards chatting with each other to the door located on the other side of the room. Then we open the door on the right. Try to avoid patrols and take cover behind boxes if necessary.

There will be a camera in the room, so you need to act carefully. Go under the camera, jumping over the container, and then go to the second door. We pass through it and immediately take cover behind the wall so as not to catch the eye of the guards. We are waiting until they talk to each other and go in different directions. One of them will go far, and the second will stand near the side. We run to the elevator located on the right and activate it. It will take him a long time to get to you, so we advise you to hide in the room from where you ran out. As soon as you have the chance, run into the opened elevator and go down to the lower level.

There is no need to leave the elevator immediately, as a patrolman will be passing nearby. Wait until he leaves you, and then take cover behind the boards covering the stairs located opposite the elevator. There will be a guard on the top floor. At some point he will decide to look the other way. That's when you should quickly go downstairs. Some guards may still notice you. In this case, you need to press against the sides of the ladder and not move for several seconds. When you find yourself downstairs, quickly run into the room closest to you.

We break the grate located in the opposite part of the room (you will need a special augmentation for this). We climb inside, walk a little forward and find ourselves in a corridor in which the floor will be flooded with water, energized due to broken wires. You won’t be able to get through here, for this reason you shouldn’t rush - it’s better to go a little back and find a box in the recess. Take it and throw it into the water. Jump onto the box, and then jump onto the laundry bucket. Already from it you can easily cut off the power supply to the cable.

Find an elevator

Chikane will call us again. We remember his words and move forward to the ventilation hole. We climb into it and reach the exit. However, you don’t need to jump down right away - wait until the two girls decide to step aside. Then we go down, go straight to a small structure, climb onto it and get to the bridge opposite.

Now we climb into the ventilation duct again. We go into the room, trying not to get caught by the cameras, and knock out the girl when she is next to the laptop. Next, we turn left and find ourselves in a corridor in which in the distance you will see a passage protected by laser devices. We approach the guard and knock him out, waiting for the right moment.

Near the lasers there is a room in which there will be two more opponents. We climb out the window, out of sight of them, and take cover behind the table. We wait until the guard with long hair decides to sit down at one of the tables, take a tranquilizer rifle and shoot at him. The second enemy can be taken out hand-to-hand. We get out of the room from the second entrance, thereby finding ourselves behind the laser mechanisms.

We go forward to the turret. We take cover behind the container, and when the turret is turned in the opposite direction, we run behind the box located at the other end of the corridor. Again, we wait until the turret turns away, and then we run to the column located near the deadly device. Now you can easily walk behind the machine gun and call the elevator.

Interrogate Talos Rooker

We get out of the elevator and move forward without being distracted by anyone. Talos decides to invite Adam to his office. We go to him and start small talk.

Get to the evacuation point

After the dialogue with Rooker, you will have very little time to take refuge somewhere. You can find a key card on the table next to the bottle. We take it and run into the secret room located on the left. We close ourselves in it and inspect the room.

Then you should press yourself against the wall near the door and open it. Take out your tranquilizer rifle and start eliminating your opponents one by one. First, knock out the two bandits in the room, and then the enemy walking near the entrance.

We get out, not forgetting to hack the security drone, otherwise it will raise the alarm. We deal with another guard using tranquilizers. We go further and find ourselves in a room with five enemies. Try to eliminate them from the shelter one by one. Go to the far side of the room and look for the entrance to the ventilation there. We climb into it and crawl forward.

You don't need to jump down right away - use the ledges. You will find yourself in a location patrolled by a drone and one enemy. We take cover behind the nearest column and wait for the drone to fly in through the window, and the enemy will not look in our direction. We immediately shoot at the guard with a tranquilizer rifle, and then run to the opposite part of the room and jump down. You should not hide behind the nearest boxes, as the drone will definitely notice you. You need to take cover behind the boxes located next to the massive door.

We wait for the right moment, and then press the button to open the door and again hide in a secluded corner. When no one is looking in your direction, go through the door you opened and go outside. We go down the bridge, and then just jump off. We watch the cut-scene.

M8 – Hunting down the real terrorists

Meet Smiley in his office

After completing the last task, you will receive a call from Smiley. We talk with him, and then head to the headquarters of Task Force 29. We go into Smiley’s office and enter into dialogue again.

Find Nomad Stanek

You should go to the watchmaker's apartment. Near the entrance you will find signs of a break-in, but you will not find any strangers in the apartment itself.

Search Stanek's apartment

We begin to search all the rooms. We get to the office and interact with the wall clock located next to the window in order to open the door to the secret room. You should not use the laptop right away - first remove all the drawers under the table and thereby open access to the ventilation grill. Also clean out all the nooks and crannies of the apartment, and only then start hacking the laptop.

Get out of Dvali's trap

After reading the email, poisonous gas will begin to enter the room. You should immediately crawl into the ventilation hole and get out.

Interrogate Stanek

Head to the point marked on the map. You will be taken to a local bar. Approach the bar counter and go through the door behind the counter leading to the basement. We talk with the watchmaker and watch how the eighth mission moves into the completed section.

M9 – Who's in charge here?

We talk with Smiley on the phone, and then immediately talk with Alex. Two story missions will appear in the journal at once. You can do them in any order.

Search Miller's apartment

We get to the residential complex. Miller's apartment will be on the second floor. You can enter the apartment unnoticed in two ways: either crawl through an open window, or hack the access panel. You should choose a window located on the third floor, because if you try to do this on the second, you will be immediately noticed. First you need to climb to the third level by stairs, and then along the cornices to get to the desired opening. You shouldn't jump right away - you'll break a couple of limbs (although this won't happen to Icarus). You need to go down to the desired window along the ledges installed on the left wall.

In the kitchen we find a laptop lying on the table. We hack it and find out new information about Miller. Then we go up to the next floor and hit the punching bag. This action will open a hidden door. We select the key card and leave the apartment. Although you can stay longer to better explore the premises. For example, not far from the secret room there is a hiding place in the floor.

Meet Vega near OG29

We talk with Alex at the place she indicated, and then head to the headquarters of the Task Force. When talking to her, you have to make a difficult choice: give Alex the Rooker evidence or keep it for yourself. You can see the consequences below.

Spoiler: if you decide to give up evidence, then last mission Alex will help you by giving you the access code to the door behind which the delegates and Brown will be. If you don’t give it back, you won’t receive any code.

Use NPC device

We head to Miller's office. Look around the room. Under the table you can find a button that raises a painting hiding a safe. Then we go to the adjacent Neural Subnet room and find ourselves in virtual reality. Near one of the columns there is a bright light source. You need to stand on it to get into the neural subnet.

Receive data from 5 servers

You should approach the gray object that is susceptible to hacking. We open it to remove it from our path, and move on. We go around the room in which the first server is located (purple cube), from the back side and find a hatch at the bottom. It will be covered by a gray object similar to the one we hacked earlier. We open the ventilation grill and make our way inside.

Data towers hacked

We approach the purple cube and download all the information from it. There are still four servers left. We get out through the same hatch and go forward. On the right we find another cube. You need to pull out two gray objects not far from it, and then go around the central structure and pull out an additional bridge. This will open the way for us to a new server.

The third database is located on the opposite side of the room. Be careful - there are several cameras there. You can find a ventilation hole nearby, but to access it you will first have to move aside a massive box. We move forward along the ventilation duct, and then remove the gray object located on the ceiling. It can be used to partially block the view of one of the cameras. We get to the far side of the room and go up the stairs. Then we load data from the next cube.

There is no need to jump down immediately, since in this case the camera will detect you. Therefore, you will have to choose the same way. We go down the steps and remove the gray object under the ceiling in the recess - this will give you access to the ventilation duct.

We climb inside and in the new room we find a triangular code, and then we lift one of the columns located on the sides. We jump on it and climb to the upper level. We go upstairs again, but this time along the stairs. We hack access to another staircase and end up next to a new server.

In the central part of the room you need to push out all the gray objects, and then jump on them. We look up and see a glass pyramid and a small window. We jump onto the pyramid, and then we reach the window. We jump down and find the last purple cube.

Exit NPC

Getting out won’t be as easy as you might think at first glance, because an unexpected visitor will appear in the office. The conversation with him will not last long, otherwise you will both be caught.

M10 – Facing a Puzzle

Meet Janus

After completing the previous quest, go outside and receive a call from Alex, who will inform you that you should meet with Janus. We go to a closed building and make our way into it through a broken window. We break open the door, go into the room and find a ventilation hole near the doorway. We climb into it and go down to the room on the left. We watch the next cut-scene.

Evade the Drones

It is necessary to get out of the room as quickly as possible. However, you can spend a couple of tens of seconds and pick up several useful items in the room. Then we find the ventilation grille on the ceiling, open it and jump inside using the table. We get to the cornice and run along it to the right. Once near the opposite wall, we go to the nearest corner. As soon as the drones turn away, jump down and look for a hole in the wall. We make our way into the hole.

We go into the next room and wait until the second drone flies up to the hole in the floor. We jump down and listen to how the alarm begins to “scream” (it will sound in any case).

On your way you will encounter two more drones. You shouldn't get into a fight with them. Turn left and find a locked barred door. We break it open and go inside. We move secretly between several shelters on the left and reach straight to the wall. We wait for the nearest robot to be on the far side, climb onto the top pipe and run across to the other “shore”. Then you need to jump off and immediately look for cover.

We go further, go through the second door and come across lasers. We crouch and crawl under the lasers. In the tunnel we try not to step on mines. They can be turned off - to do this, press the Ctrl key and slowly approach the mine, making sure that the lights on it do not light up. At close range you can easily deactivate the mine. We reach the vertical ladder and get out into the street.

M11 – Meeting with a terrorist

This mission will be given to you as soon as you complete the previous task. Once on the subway, Alex will contact you again, who will ask you to do her a favor. Both quests cannot be completed, so you will have to make a difficult choice. You can find out about the consequences below.

Spoiler: if you choose Alison, you will not be able to complete the task with the bank. You will have to infiltrate a house that is full of augmented fanatics. Miller will be pleased with the outcome of the mission, no matter how you complete it. At the end of the quest, talk to Alison, from whom you can take a signal jammer. This device will help you save ordinary people in the very last task. Miller will die in this case.

If you decide to choose a bank, then Alison will be killed, and you will have to go through bank security. Miller won't like your actions, but hackers will like them. The reward will be somewhat larger - information about the Orchid and the opportunity to create an antidote against it, which will help you in the final quest to save the delegates and Miller. In addition, near the exit of a financial institution, you will find many useful things in storage cells.

Meet Nomad Stanek

We talk with the watchmaker, and then go through the door located behind the quest character.

Save Alison Stanekova

We find ourselves in a community of fanatics with augmentations. We get to the courtyard without any problems, and then climb onto the roof of the extension. Afterwards we go down to the ledge. We follow it to another part of the structure. 2 mines may interfere with you. You need to slowly reach them, and then deactivate them. We reach the opposite side of the house.

We find a weak point in the recess and break it. We go inside the house and climb into the ventilation hole, located in the same room right under the ceiling. We move along the ventilation passage, and then move on to the pipes. Along them we reach another ventilation, which is located at the other end of the corridor. Get out of the bank

Wait until one of the guards walks past you and enters the hangar, and the second one has his back to you, and then quickly run to the boxes on the right. Turn on your super vision and see what's happening in the left hangar. You will need to wait until a person walks inside it near the entrance, stand behind him and crawl through the ventilation hole in the floor.

Once he is on the second level on the far side of the corridor, not far from the booths, knock him out and take the key card from him that opens the Dvali gate.

The most confusing thing about this boss is its disguise system; its algorithm is not immediately revealed. Therefore, in the first seconds of the battle, it is better to listen carefully to what Kassan says - after all, she is interested in you quickly dealing with Fedorova, so she will be happy to suggest the moments when the disguise disappears. Elena's steps are also visible on the water, a layer of which covers the entire floor of the arena. The main thing is not to stand still - she runs very fast and shoots monstrously accurately from her submachine guns. And under no circumstances try to fight her hand-to-hand, avoid collisions in every possible way. It's deadly.

The easiest way to defeat Fedorova is with EMP grenades, which deprive her of energy for camouflage (use carefully, the electromagnetic pulse ruins your implants as well), and more powerful weapons - a revolver with an explosive upgrade and a pumped-up assault rifle will fit well. Grenades, by the way, cause short-term discharges from the walls, which shock with electricity (remember that you are running in ankle-deep water).

The bossfight itself may not be so difficult if you heeded Pritchard's vague hint and did not go into the PROSTHETUS blade to install a new chip. In such conditions it is much more difficult to fight.

Jaron is a fairly poor plasma shooter, but is very skilled at using grenades. Gas grenades, most likely, are of no use to you - the implant of a closed breathing system should already be in place by this moment. But fragmentation grenades can be very unpleasant. It is important to monitor his movements, avoid grenades and dodge slow plasma. The main rule of this bossfight is to keep your distance and use larger calibers in combination with grenades.

Strangely, the final boss of Deus Ex: Human Revolution is not some giant colossus, but a symbiotic positronic computer that uses the brains of three unfortunate girls as its core. Zhao Yun Ryu, the same nasty CEO from Tai Yun Medical, is trying to control the computer. True, it turns out that it doesn’t matter to her. Your task is to disable Chiron's core. There is no other way to do this than to kill three unfortunate girls. The situation is complicated by the fact that automatic turrets are moving around, and if any of the brain girls dies, secret doors open and zombified people are released.

Turrets are removed first. This is done using a rocket launcher or plasma. You can also look for the terminal in the center, hacking which simply disables the turrets. After the three brains are destroyed, Zhao's shield should be broken through. At this time, electric discharges cover the arena in sectors (just stay away from the floor), and protective drones roll out of special doors (taken out on two counts).

In the second mission, she will ask you to get rid of Daimon Chan by killing him or planting drugs on him so that he will be arrested. Get to his apartment and knock him out. He will be alone. Do not use weapons, only melee non-lethal neutralization. Take his body out of the apartment and throw it off the roof to make it look like a suicide and you will get the "The Fall" achievement for this.
